For over 20 years Jaime Ramirez has worked as a chef. He started his career as a pastry chef, then moved on to making fresh pasta, and specializing in Italian food. He has worked hard in order to achieve his dream of owning his own restaurant. Chef Jaime will be serving all day brunch and dinner in the evening.
Apart from brunch and dinner, we will also be doing catering for weddings, parties, and events.We want The Franklin to be a family friendly environment that everyone can enjoy.
